The Challenge
The handicapped parking space at the Maloof Center in downtown Decatur, Ga was unusable due to damage to the space, and in addition was caving in which was hazardous for anyone parking in that spot.
The Solution
RAS Asphalt knowing the importance of inclusion of handicapped spaces, we had our work cut out for us. The repair involved cutting up the old asphalt, using a sledgehammer, pickaxe, and old-fashioned work to clean out the space. Then prep for an underlayer of concrete to stabilize the foundation of the space, and make it ready for a new layer of asphalt. The repair was successful, and a quality result to last for years to come.
